I found nothing to get rid of it else to have some sleeping pill . May anyone give some advice to get rid of depression . I am sick of that sleeping pills because those have bad effects on overall health of body .

There are a lot of new medications available for depression & they really do work. You should check with your medical doctor get a good physical exam and ask for a prescription for depression medication. Some take only a week to start working!
